Capoeira Showcase and Samba Workshop

Professional guest instructors will hold a workshop teaching samba de roda, a style of dance in the Capoeira community. This will be followed by a showcase of exciting Capoeira moves and games.

All are welcome for this demonstration of the Afro-Brazilian martial art dance. Hosted by the Cornell College Capoeira Club, Slick Shoes, and Inter-Cultural Life.

Admission is free unless otherwise noted. All events are subject to change. Check the Cornell College master calendar for a complete list of events and updates. Athletic event admission cost: $6 adults, $3 for students w/ID; 12 and under free. Get free admission to Cornell home athletic events and Music Mondays concerts with a Purple Pass.
