Trick-or-treaters can enjoy a safe, fun celebration of Halloween in downtown Lisbon.  Scheduled from 5:00 - 7:00 pm on Wednesday, October 31, children can visit area businesses to show their tricks and receive their treats!

The Southeast Linn Community Center will host a Chili Supper from 4:30 - 8:30 pm at 108 S. Washinton Street.
