The new Mount Vernon-Lisbon Community Development Board will be hosting this year's annual banquet in the tradition of the Chamber of Commerce banquet held in past years.

Keynote speaker will be Thom Guzman, director of the Downtown Resource Center, which is part of Iowa's Department of Economic Development.  The Downtown Resource Center is in charge of the Main Street Iowa program.
