The sixth annual Evening of Words and Music will be Saturday, January 27 at 7 PM in Lisbon Heritage Hall. Local musicians will provide live jazz and area writers will share their newest poetry, prose, and drama.
A reception will follow to celebrate winter and the artist in all of us.
This is a free but ticketed event due to limited seating in Heritage Hall. To reserve a seat, please call Cathy Boggs, Mt. Vernon Public Library, at 895-4262, or the Lisbon Library at 455-2800.
