The Bijou Movie Theater is a small, independent movie theater located in Mount Vernon, Iowa.  We have one screen and seat 100 people.

Before every show, Jerry or an employee will introduce the show and announce coming attractions. We also have drawings for various prizes and also encourage our customers to dance or sing prior to accepting their gift.

Occasionally, our drawings turn into games such as "Let's make a deal."
